 I've started seeing Jo again, my therapist.  Just once a month.  But I've been in a funk since the holidays;  the conflict with my dad at Thanksgiving and his decreasing health, Lynn's new romance... it's just good to have her to talk to and give me reframing and perspective.

Speaking of, mom is having cataract surgery this weekend, so I am going to Reedsport to care for both her and my dad until Sunday.  

Next week, on the 17th, we are leaving for Mexico.  I cannot wait!  Viva La Mexico!!!
